Rental Coordinator
As a rental coordinator for The Cat Rental Store, your primary duties will be to manage rental operations by assisting the sales team, branch supervisors, and other sales divisions within the dealer. These individuals are responsible for coordinating all rental and support services, information flow, and communication within the rental fleet while developing positive customer relationships.
Additional rental coordinator duties include:
- Customer education and assistance.
- Rental contract initiation and maintenance.
- Payment processing.
- Worldwide service department coordination.
- Equipment inventory maintenance and part order processing.

Rental Inside Sales Representative
As an inside sales representative at Caterpillar, you'll facilitate equipment sales over the phone, increasing our account base. The goal of this position is to establish, qualify and maintain contact with construction division customers ranging from small- to medium-sized companies. This service-focused job requires employees to create an effective call campaign, manage contact information and create rental service opportunities.

Rental Sales Representative
Our rental sales representatives are the field contacts for rental customers. These associates are responsible for increasing rental revenue by gaining new customers through cold calls and job site visits, covering specific territories and customers based on their rental needs. As a rental sales representative, you'll also manage existing customer accounts, maintain acceptable sales volumes and profit levels, and become familiar with customers' business requirements and operations.

Rental Strategic Account Manager
The purpose of the rental strategic account manager position is to generate income by targeting and growing strategic rental accounts and conducting business with our national account program customers. In this position, you'll act as the primary contact for all central decision-making regarding your assigned customer base, set operating standards, negotiate pricing and service terms, and connect with other managers, dealerships, and departments.

Our technicians are part of a fast-paced environment where they diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair machines and components, such as earthmoving equipment, diesel engines, power generation systems, and other heavy machinery.
Technician positions are highly versatile and also include duties outside of hands-on mechanics. These team members will:
- Establish service-based customer relationships.
- Retrieve and deliver equipment.
- Provide excellent customer care and support.
- Create service reports and work order documents.
- Conduct financial cost analyses for services.
